These terms cover the waitlist signup on this page only. They do not cover use of the Luni product itself — those terms ship with the public release and you’ll see them when you accept your invitation.
Joining the waitlist gets you an email when Luni opens for access. It does not create an account, grant a licence to any software, or oblige us to provide a service. We’ll send you the actual product terms when you accept your invitation; you can decline at that point with no obligation.
We will email you when access opens, plus at most one progress update per month in between. Every message has a one-click unsubscribe link. We will not pass your address to anyone outside the small set of providers who power our mailing list (see the privacy notice).
A specific launch date, an order in which invitations go out, or a guarantee that you’ll receive one. Capacity at launch is limited; we’ll bias toward the order people signed up but reserve the right to weight by use case, platform-coverage balance, and other operational factors.
Submit only an email you control. Don’t add other people’s addresses. Don’t use the form to test for vulnerabilities or to abuse the email pipeline.
This is a free informational signup. Nothing on this page constitutes a contract for goods or services. To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroLeash Ltd’s liability arising from your use of this waitlist is capped at zero pounds. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that can’t legally be excluded (death, personal injury, fraud).
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes go to the courts of England and Wales.
